Attorney Phil Nugent of New Orleans; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Phil C. Nugent with a law license in 1990.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Committed a criminal act
  • Threatened to present criminal or disciplinary charges for the sole purpose of obtaining an advantage in a civil matter
  • Violated or attempted to violate the rules of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Derrick by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Phil practices at 816 Baronne Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
