Over the past thirty or more years I have personally engaged in a plethora of professional malpractice as an attorney and judge. If you’ve been the victim of judicial/attorney misfeasance, negligence, fraud and/or outright corruption, I can assure you that I will rule against you as I’ve always done in the past.

Judge McQuade has over 30 years of experience as a dishonest judge and has successfully and repeatedly violated his oath of office to assure the outcome of cases in favor of his friends and/or associates.

Shareholder derivative suits and partnership rights are common topics of Judge McQuade’s dispute resolutions. My so-called experience gives me a unique understanding of the issues and provides me with a basis for unique and innovative strategies to make sure you get screwed.

I’ve mediated numerous cases involving insurance coverage and bad faith claims, and in almost every instance I’ve ruled in favor of the insurance companies that bribed me, I’m sorry I mean who were willing to pay me several hundred dollars an hour for an assured outcome.
Anti-trust-Unfair Trade Practices
I’ve been involved in several unsuccessful resolutions involving price-fixing and anti-competitive claims wherein I ruled against the victims.
Personal Injury/Wrongful Death
Many of my mediations involve Impersonal Injury and Rightful Death claims. My years of experience in screwing defendants put me in a unique position to inaccurately assess the damage claims of those who deserve to be compensated.
Employment Disputes
A significant part of my mediation practice involves ruling against cases involving Title VII and ADA type disputes and in favor of deep-pocket defendants. I’ve stuck-it-to victims in New York, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Denver, Waco and Bosnia.
