Attorney J. Glenn Davis of Buffalo; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented J. Glenn Davis with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Davis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with ruling of a trial court
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Failed to withdraw representation when withdrawal was required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Davis by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Davis practices with the Law Office of J. Glenn Davis at 70 Niagara Street in Buffalo, New York.
