Attorney William Walsh of Fort Worth; deadbeat loser

The state of Texas presented William A. Walsh with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Failed to comply with Supreme Court rules re: repayment of student loan

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 18-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Billy practices with the Law Office of Wm. A. Walsh at 131 East Exchange in Fort Worth, Texas.
