Attorney Beverly Harper of Baytown, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Beverly with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from South Texas College of Law.

The District Grievance Committee found Bev guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to promptly render full accounting regarding client funds
• Failed to respond to client requests for information

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bev by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Bev practices in Baytown, Texas.
