Attorney Earl Herring of Eagle Pass, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Earl M. Herring with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Earl guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Early failed to ensure that he made reasonable efforts to ensure that someone that he had supervisory authority over was conducting himself with the confines of the professional obligations of an attorney.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Earl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Earl practices with The Herring Law Firm at 505 Quarry Street in Eagle Pass, Texas.
