Attorney Kimberly Bush of San Antonio; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Kimberly Lynn Bush with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from St. Mary’s College of Law.

The District Grievance Committee found Kim guilty of the following misconduct

  • Failed to pay restitution and fees in a timely manner in regards to a prior disciplinary judgment rendered against her
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kim!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kimberly.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Kim practices at 14546 Brook Hollow Blvd in San Antonio, Texas.
