Attorney David Novoselsky of Waukegan, IL; repeat offender

The state of California presented David Alan Novoselsky with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

Dave’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Neglected client cases
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Misrepresented [lied] to clients about status of their cases
  • Called two lawyers derogatory names

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Commission voted to punish Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. Dave is appealing that decision.

Dave’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Filed frivolous lawsuit in state and federal lawsuits
  • Knowingly made false statements to trial court
  • Actions taken by Dave were intended to gain control of a case for the purpose of obtaining legal fees
  • Took actions to embarrass, delay or burden opposing counsel

All that remains is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Dave by the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Dave practices with Novoselsky Law Offices PC at 25 North County Street in Waukegan, Illinois.
