Attorney Nicholas Haderlie of Sheridan, WY; drunken convict

The state of Wyoming presented Nicholas Thomas Haderlie with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the Hamline School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Nick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Nick was involved in a single-vehicle accident while during under the influence (DUI) which resulted in substantial damage to a fence.

Timmy left the scene of the accident and returned to his home. Hen police arrived at his home, Timmy refused to cooperate and a physical altercation ensued as the officers attempted to place Timmy under arrest. Timmy was charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and interference with a peace officer.

Subsequently,, Timmy pled guilty to the DUI and to interference with a peace officer. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and ordered to pay $11,730 in restitution for the damage he caused to the fence.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Nick practices with Crowley Fleck PLLP at 101 West Brundage Street in Sheridan, Wyoming.
