Attorney Luis Hess of Shenandoah, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Luis Fernando Hess with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account
• Failed to advise client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to maintain client trust account records for five years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Louie practices in Shenandoah, Texas.
