Attorney Edith Hull of Georgetown, DE; cheating liar

The state of Delaware presented Edith H. Hull with a law license in 1988.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Edith guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions concerning objectives of representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
  • Charged or collected an excessive fee (cheater)
  • Improperly with drew representation of client
  • Knowingly made false statement to tribunal
  • Falsified evidence, counseled or assisted a witness to testify falsely, or offered an inducement to a witness that is prohibited by law
  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact

As a consequence of her misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Edith by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Edith practices at 6 Depot Street in Georgetown, Delaware.
