Attorney Derrick Reese of Homewood, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Richard Anthony Juliano with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Derrick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Appeared intoxicated before a tribunal
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Derrick by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Derrick practices with The Reese Law Center at 734 Ridge Road in Homewood, Illinois.
