Solicitor Trevor Butt of New South Wales; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented Trevor William Roland Butt with a law license in 1974.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Trevor guilty of the following misconduct.

• Deposited check to trust account w/o authority of payee
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Disbursed funds from trust account w/o authority

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Trevor by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Trevor practices with Avalon Law at 27 Old Barrenjoey Road in Avalon, New South Wales.
