Attorney Frank Santilli of Chicago; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Frank Anthony Santilli with a law license in 1989.

Disciplinary Counsel found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used client funds for his own business purposes (cheater)
• Delayed return funds owing to client
• Failed to pursue EEOC claim on client’s behalf
• Improperly advanced funds to client in Workers’ Compensation claim
• Deducted advanced client funds from worker’s compensation settlement
• Failed to disclose advance of funds to client with the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Frankie.
