Attorney James Langner of Oneonta, AL; Dumbo

The state of Alabama presented James Scott Langner a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter
• Failed to competently represent client (Dumbo)
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Jimmy practices at 83 Muirfield Circle in Oneonta, Alabama.
