Attorney Louis Willie III of Birmingham, AL; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Louis James Willie III a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to return numerous client phone calls and emails

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Louie practices at 2112 Eleventh Avenue South in Birmingham, Alabama.
