Attorney William Rogers Jr. of Childersburg, AL; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented William Kenneth Rogers Jr. with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to assure reasonable steps taken to assure that other attorneys in his office were complying with Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to adequately supervise office staff
• Failed to maintain required office trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.
