Attorney David Harrison of Jasper, AL; Dumbo

The state of Alabama presented David Michael Harrison with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided financial assistance to client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law – 8.4g
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Dave practices at 902 Long Leaf Drive in Jasper, Alabama.
