Attorney Robert Cornelius of Birmingham, AL; lying loser

The state of Alabama presented Robert D. Cornelius with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Gave false statement of status of client investment refunds to client
• Overcharged and collected fees in excess of agreed to amounts
• Falsely claimed he had reimbursed clients re: excessive fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
