Attorney Frederick Davidson of Scottsdale; tax scofflaw

The state of Arizona provided Frederick E. Davidson with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Over a three year period of time, Freddy failed to pay or timely pay quarterly federal payroll taxes to the IRS
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to comply with rules governing trust accounts

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Freddy practices with Davidson & Kaffer PLLC at 8700 East Pinnacle Peak Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
