Former Judge Christopher Dupuy of Santa Fe, TX; pervert

The state of Texas presented Christopher Michael Dupuy with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

Up until late 2013, Dupuy was a Galveston County Court-at-Law Judge in Galveston, Texas until he was indicted on 11 criminal charges relating to his conduct in office, which included making false statements.

In early July 2015, Dupuy was arrested and charged with two counts of online harassment for allegedly place fake online ads that indicated that his two former girlfriends were available for sex-for-hire. (Harvey Rice, Houston Chronicle)

Dupuy filed out a pauper’s affidavit saying he could not afford an attorney. His affidavit stated that his income as an attorney was $1,000 a week and that he had a zero balance in his checking account.

When investigators from the Harris County Sheriff’s Dept. came to Chris’s home, he refused to let them in, which led to them breaking open a door. The investigators seized a cell phone  that contained photos Chris used on the fake web ads.

In regards to one of the victims, Chris used her Facebook pages to include her in escort service. The phony ad said the woman billed $70 for 30 minutes, and was “very fetish friendly” and would “guarantee you full satisfaction.”

Even though Chris the Perv is sitting in jail on a $600,000 bond, his law license has not been revoked by the Texas Supreme Court.

All that’s left now is to see how long it takes for the Perv to cop a plea.

Once convicted, I would suggest to the sentencing judge that he order Chris imprisoned at the Texas State Prison in Huntsville and assigned to Cell No. 456 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence). I’m sure someone as friendly as Clarice is capable of teaching Chris a thing or two about sexual harassment.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Chris practices his brand of law with The Law Firm of Christopher Dupuy at 11961 FM 1764 in Santa Fe, Texas, which is about 35 miles southeast of Houston.
