Attorney Roberto Diaz-Luong of Tacoma, WA; lying loser

The State of Washington presented Roberto Diaz-Luong with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.  

• Failed to act with candor when dealing with trial judge
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party and counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly return client file after being terminated
• Made false statements to trial court in his file declaration
• Offered evidence to trial court he knew to be false
• Concealed material having potential evidentiary value
• Knowingly disobeyed trial court’s preliminary junction (Screw you, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective as of March 2, 2021.  

As we speak (ca. May 2021) Bobby will resume his so-called his so-called brand of law in early 2023 in Tacoma, Washington.
