Judge Robert Hight of Sacramento; lifetime porker, lying loser

The state of California presented Robert Conner Hight with a law license in 1972.

Since receiving his law license in 1972, Bobby has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past 43 years (1972-2015). Prior to ascending to the bench, Bobby worked at the Dept. of Fish and Game and the California Lands Commission.

It’s apparent that no self-respecting law firm in the Sacramento area was about to offer Bobby a good paying job.

In order to keep the public pork coming, Bobby ascended to a seat on the Sacramento County Superior Court in 2007 despite the fact that he had no prior judicial or family law experience.

In 2001, Sacramento County Family Court judge Peter “Chainsaw” McBrien was convicted of cutting down 100-year-old trees to improve his view of the American River in 2001. Because Judicial Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, McBrien never served any prison time for his criminal conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the California Judicial Commission punished Chainsaw by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment, which akin to receiving a slap on the buttocks.

In 2008, Judge McBrien was brought up on additional charges of misconduct, which involved his intentional conduct aimed at destroying a litigant by the name of Ulf Carlsson. McBrien’s despicable and cowardly conduct was aimed at causing Mr. Carlsson to lose his job with the state along with his pension, which he succeeded in doing.

As a consequence of his egregious misconduct aimed at destroying Mr. Carlsson, the Patron Saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished McBrien by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

During the hearing on McBrien’s second bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree, Judge Hight, after donning a pair of Industrial Strength knee pads paid for an provided by Judge McBrien offered the following hyperbolic (BS) character testimony on McBrien’s behalf.

• Judge McBrien was his mentor 
• McBrien was dignified and patient
• Particularly courteous to pro se (non-represented) litigants
• McBrien was a definite asset to the Family Law court

Of course all of Judge Hight’s testimony was pure bunk; however, as a member of a County Court that is notorious for treating litigants with total disrespect, he felt compelled to cover for his fellow miscreant.

What kind of Judge would voluntarily testify as to the good character of a convicted criminal? What would motivate someone to so act? One can only surmise that Hight wasn’t and isn’t concerned about speaking the truth. In fact, his only purpose in life is to protect his fellow losers on the bench in Sacramento and the reprobate attorneys he assists in pocketing millions in fees as worthless guardian ad litems, etc.

Of course this is exactly the type of justice one would expect from someone who has spent his life porking out at the public trough.
