Attorney Lawrence Bolind Jr. of Imperial, PA; serial offender

The state of Pennsylvania presented Lawrence E. Bolind Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client or third party
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Larry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary informal admonition and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Larry practices at 238 Main Street in Imperial, Pennsylvania.
