Attorney Yvette Rogers of Chester, PA; ethical misfit

The state of Pennsylvania presented Yvette Mary Rogers with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Yvette guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to deposit client fees paid in advance into proper trust account
  • Failed to deposit fiduciary funds into authorized account

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Yvette by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Yvette practices at 910 West 7th Street in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Warning: Yvette does not carry legal malpractice insurance
