Attorney Lawrence Neish of Pittsburgh; ethical gremlin

The state of Pennsylvania presented Lawrence Adlai Neish with a law license in 1992

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Concealed shortfalls in escrow accounts
  • Caused funds intended to be paid to buyers, sellers, brokers and/or lenders of real property or creditors thereof to be used for improper purposes

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Larry practices at 142 James Place in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

Warning: Larry does not carry legal malpractice insurance
