Attorney Margaret Stuski of Wormleysburg, PA; lying cheater

The state of Pennsylvania presented Margaret M. Stuski with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Margie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pursued an action she knew to be frivolous
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Filed sham petitions for $1 million in legal fees in bankruptcy court
  • Bankruptcy court dismissed fee claims as lacking any reasonable factual or legal foundation
  • Bankruptcy judge awarded $26,495 in attorney fees to counsel that defended Margie’s sham claim for fees in bankruptcy court

As a consequence of her of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Margie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Margie practices at 908 West Walnut Street in Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania.

Warning: Margie does not carry legal malpractice insurance
