Attorney Lee Oesterling of Richboro, PA; Dumbo

The state of Pennsylvania presented Lee Eric Oesterling with a law license in 1994.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to consult with client as to means to accomplish client objectives
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after representation ceased
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lee’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received an informal admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Lee practices at 61 Titus Avenue in Richboro, Pennsylvania.

Warning: Lee does not carry legal malpractice insurance
