Judge Jayne Duncan of Elizabethtown, PA: criminal?

The state of Pennsylvania presented Jayne Frances Duncan with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University.

Since receiving her law license in 1982, Jayne has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Lancaster area.

On June 25, 2015, Lancaster County President judge Dennis Reinaker signed an order suspending Judge Duncan from her judgeship.

The suspension came about as a result of an official “criminal investigation” was undertaken regarding her work on the bench. The reasoning behind the ongoing criminal investigation has yet to be disclosed by the local prosecutor.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Judge Duncan remains on suspension; however, during the suspension she continues to receive her annual salary.
