The state of Colorado provided Thomas Roderic Mcalister with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to main client ledgers
• Failed to reconcile his account on regular basis
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tommy.
