Attorney Lari Trogani of Colorado Springs; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Lari Jean Trogani with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from University of Wyoming Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Lari guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Lari knowingly violated an order from a county court judge when she tendered a global plea agreement to a district court judge. She then withheld information from the district court judge when he asked about the county court judge’s position on it.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Lari by gifting her with a complimentary 3- month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Lari practices with The Law Office of Lari Trogani in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
