Attorney Robert Fisher of Colorado Springs; ethical leprechaun

The state of Colorado provided Robert Scott Fisher with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby secured a deed of trust from his client to assure payment of his fees while representing her in a divorce proceeding.

Subsequently, Bobby exercised his rights in the deed, but failed to follow through with the steps necessary to secure court-ordered benefits for his client [victim].

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6- month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Bobby practices with The Law Offices of Robert S. Fisher PC at 924 Wasatch Avenue in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
