Attorney Curt Todd of Denver; convicted child abuser

The state of Colorado provided Curt Todd with a law license in 1984.

The Colorado State Bar found Curt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,  Curt became angry with his 6-year-old daughter and struck her on the bottom three times. He struck her with his open hand. This incident was witnessed in part by his 10-year-old daughter.

Curt was arrested and charged with committing child abuse. He later pled guilty and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation, parenting classes, and court costs of $1,341.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Curt by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2- month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Danny.
