Attorney Daniel Rosen of Englewood, CO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Colorado provided Daniel R. Rosen with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, in an attempt to settle an injury claim for his client, Danny failed to advise an insurance company of his client’s death.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2- month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Danny.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Danny practices with the Law Offices of Daniel D. Rosen at 8310 South Valley Highway in Englewood, Colorado.
