Attorney Alan Pomeranz of Lakewood, CO; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Alan Joel Pomeranz with a law license in 1982.

The Colorado State Bar found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly failed to communicate with client
• Failed to properly handle client’s funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 3- month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Alan practices at 410 South Teller Street in Lakewood, Colorado.
