Attorney Robert McCormick of Greeley, CO; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado provided Robert Stuart McCormick with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients re: grandparent visitation rights
• Negligence led to dismissal of grandparents’ motion seeking visitation rights
• Gross negligence led to court awarding attorney fees to opposing party

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Bobby practices at 710 11^th Avenue in Greeley, Colorado.
