Attorney Nathan McKinney of Colorado Springs; serial drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided Nathan Daniel McKinney with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Nate pled guilty to driving while ability impaired. On the same day, Nate received a twenty-four-month probation sentence after pleading guilty to driving under the influence (DUI).

This was Nate’s third and fourth drinking-and-driving (DUI) convictions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Nate.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Nate practices (when sober) with McKinney & Associates PC at 414 South Tejon Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
