Attorney Gordon Katelnikoff of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Gordon W. Katelnikoff with a law license in 1975 after he graduated

from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Manitoba found Gordy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain current date trust account records
• Failed to maintain required monthly reconciliations records
• Failed to maintain proper general accounting records
• Improperly disbursed real estate commissions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary

Board punished Gordy by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine.
