Attorney John Soper of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Manitoba presented John David Laurence Soper with a law license in 1992 after he

graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Manitoba found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law

Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary $1,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Johnny practices at 998 Sargent Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
