Attorney Kenneth Young of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Dave Robert Thomas Boyechko with a law license in 1974.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Manitoba found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise previously suspended attorney
• Provided pre-signed trust account checks to attorney he was supervising
• Failed to advise Law Society of trust account irregularities involving attorney he was trust
• with by the Law Society to supervise
• Misrepresented to the Law Society that the supervised attorney was in compliance with
• conditions placed on him by the Law Society

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary Board punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Kenny practices at 337 Broadway Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
