Attorney Dave Boyechko of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Dave Robert Thomas Boyechko with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Manitoba found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Inappropriate personal relationship with client
• Client was vulnerable and being treated for anxiety
• Invited client to sleep in his hotel room on two occasions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary Board punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Dave practices with Boyechko Law at 520 Academy Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
