• Improperly provided financial assistance to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance

Committee punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Jeff practices with the Law Offices of Jefferson D. Jelly at 924 Farmington Avenue

in West Hartford, Connecticut.
