Attorney Salvatore Diglio of Hamden, CT; ethical misfit

The state of Connecticut provided Salvatore L. Diglio with a law license in 1972after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Sal guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to advise individual partners in writing that they should seek the advice of independent counsel regarding the transaction
  • Failed to disclose full extent of his involvement in business transaction

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Sal by gifting him with a complimentary fourth reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Sal practices at 3000 Whitney Avenue in Hamden, Connecticut.
