Attorney Richard Cunningham of Stamford, CT; ethical elf

The state of Connecticut provided Richard H.G. Cunningham with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Duke University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to maintain ledgers for client funds
  • Failed to respond to client’s requests for information
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ralph!)
  • Exhibited total disdain towards grievance commission

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Dick practices at 12 Kenilworth Drive East in Stamford, Connecticut.
