Attorney Patrick Merkle of DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Patrick G. Merkle with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Patty found it acceptable to engage in a conflict of interest by advancing two or more interests in the same matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Patty practices with the Law Office of Patrick G. Merkle PLLC at 2120 L Street NW in Washington, DC.
