Attorney Willie Garrett of DC; incompetent Dumbo

The District of Columbia presented Willie Fay Hearring Garrett with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Willie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Willie by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Willie practices at 3154 ½ Berry Road in Washington, DC.
