Attorney Timothy Hannapel of DC; ethical elf

The District of Columbia presented Timothy B. Hannapel with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to hold entrusted funds in designated trust or escrow account in connection with employment matters

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Timmy practices with the National Treasury Employees Union at 1750 H Street NW in Washington, DC.
