Attorney Jeff Stobbe of Muskego, WI; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Jeff Stobbe with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Missed a series of filing deadlines for several clients
• Failed to file appropriate appellate briefs
• Failed to respond to repeated court orders
• Sanction by court of appeals for failure to comply with court orders

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
