Attorney Carl Olson of Londonderry, NH; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented Carl D. Olson with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Carl!)
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carl’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary warnings for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Carl practices at 50 Nashua Road in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
