Attorney Sandra Kuhn of Concord, NH; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented Sandra A. Kuhn with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Sandy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to properly supervise subordinate attorneys and/or staff
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Sandy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary a warning for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Sandy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Sandy practices at 141 Airport Road in Concord, New Hampshire.
